As a policyholder with Knight Archer Insurance, your business is important to us. We continue to provide outstanding client service as part of our commitment to ... making life easierâ„¢ for our clients. With that in mind, we are implementing a new customer relationship management system and website to improve the service delivery for our clients and team members.

As a result of this change, we will be discontinuing the eBroker mobile app and desktop service effective immediately. In the coming months, we will be introducing new processes and tools to continue serving you at the highest level of service.

Your coverage and policy status will not be affected by this change.

You will continue to receive your insurance policy digitally, sent to this email address roughly 30 days prior to renewal. Payments will be accepted online directly through our website in place of through the mobile app.
